Paul M. Mercavitch

Paul M. Mercavitch, 65, of Old Forge, passed away Monday at Regional Hospital, Scranton.  He was married to the former Karen McCullough. The couple celebrated their 25 ^th Wedding Anniversary.

Born May 17, 1956, in Old Forge, he was the son of the late Paul and Ann Mercavitch. He was a graduate of Old Forge High School. Paul served in the United States Navy as a Navy Seal and was a retired truck driver.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Karen, are a sister, Lisa Casey, Bear Creek, a niece, and a nephew, aunts and uncles

At the request of the family, Paul’s funeral arrangements will be private.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge.
