Marlene Di Simoni

Marlene Di Simoni, 80, passed away peacefully Monday at Abington Manor. While she was a life-long resident of Old Forge, Marlene spent her final days in the care of the loving staff at Abington Manor.
Born in Old Forge on April 16, 1943, Marlene was a graduate of Old Forge High School. Prior to retirement, she was employed at Salerno’s Café as a cook. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish, Old Forge.
Marlene was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Di Simoni, sons Frank, John, Philip and Louis, and her beloved grandson Danny. She is survived by daughters, Margie Moraski and Marne Di Simoni McLaughlin, son-in-law Tom McLaughlin, and grandchildren, Gary and Kayla Bird and Tommy McLaughlin.
A private memorial tribute will be held in honor of Marlene at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Louis V.
