Mark J. Carminati, 61, Old Forge, formerly of Drexel Hill, died Sunday at the Riverside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Taylor.  He was married to the former Jann Chase.  The couple celebrated their 15 th wedding anniversary on May 26.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Peter and Rita Campanile Carminati.  Mark was a graduate of the Bishop Neuman High School and was the owner of the Naked Turtle Marble and Granite Company, Philadelphia.  He was a member of the National Rifle Association, and traveled extensively throughout the country with the National Hot Rod Association, and ATCO.

Also surviving are a son, Christopher and fiancé Lauren Miller, Drexel Hill, three daughters; Gina Heil and husband Bill, Columbus, NJ, Destini Carminati Moss and husband Geral, Caroline Carminati, six grandchildren; Andrew, Ryan, Julia, Triston, Jayden, Zachary, a brother, Robert, Quakertown, a sister, Joan Sutton and husband Jim, friends; Diane Iannacone, Cynthia Kaufman, nieces, and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his former wife, Lori Staples, father in-law, Louis Chase, and mother in-law, Phyliss Chase.

A viewing will be held at the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge, on Wednesday 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
