Jason M. Lentz, 38, of Olyphant died Monday at Geisinger CMC, Scranton. He was married to the former Shannon Yee. The couple celebrated their 12 th wedding anniversary on April 19 th .
Born in Ludington, MI, he was the son of Janean Lentz and the late Albert Martzen. He was employed at the James and Joseph Shepherd Company.
Also surviving are three sons, Jason, Mario, Ryan, two daughters, Serina and Kayla, and two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Heaven.
Relatives and friends may call Friday 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home, 145 Moosic Road, Old Forge.
