Eileen M. Brutico, formerly Eileen M. Janosky passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

She was the beloved wife of Anthony J. Brutico, who preceded her in death on November 2007.

Born to the late John J. Janosky and the late Grace C. Janosky (formally Rowan), Eileen was raised in Pittston, Pennsylvania.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Anthony J. Brutico Jr., and his wife, Stephanie Brutico; her cherished grandchildren, Anthony J. Brutico III and Antonetta Brutico, of Flanders New Jersey; her brother, John P. Janosky; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Neil Janosky.

Eileen was a woman who put others first, especially her family. She loved spending time with those she cared for, traveling, and enjoying a nice glass of wine.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to St. Luke’s Hospice for their compassionate care and support.

Eileen’s funeral will be Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from the Louis V. Ciuccio Funeral Home,145 Moosic Road, Old Forge, followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at the Prince of Peace Parish, 123 West Grace Street, Old Forge, to be celebrated by the Rev. Walter E. Jenkins CSC, Pastor. Interment Old Forge Cemetery.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects to Eileen at the funeral home on Monday evening 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

The family asks that you remember Eileen with a toast, preferably shared over a glass of pinot grigio.
